All-Tech Contracting & Restoration was founded in 2013 by Ryan Bain — a Louisville native who got tired of seeing local homeowners get burned by out-of-town contractors and storm-chasers. He started All-Tech with one promise: every roof would be installed like it was on his own house.
Thirteen years later, that's still how we work. When you call All-Tech, you're not getting a call center — you're getting Ryan, his crew, and a family that lives, works, and roofs right here in Louisville. We answer our phones. Do you handle insurance claims for storm or hail damage?
Absolutely. Storm-damage claims are one of the things we do most. We meet your adjuster on the roof, document the damage, and work directly with your insurance company to make sure your claim is handled the right way. Many of our customers pay only their deductible.
Do you offer financing on a new roof?

How long does a roof replacement actually take?
Most residential roof replacements take 1–2 days. Larger or more complex roofs (steep pitches, multiple stories, slate, metal) can take 3–5. We'll give you a real timeline up front so you can plan around the work.
How long do roofs last in Louisville's weather?
A quality architectural shingle roof installed properly will last 25–30 years in Kentucky weather. Metal roofs commonly last 40–50+ years. The difference isn't usually the shingle — it's the prep, the underlayment, the flashing, and the ventilation. That's where most roofing companies cut corners. We don't.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. All-Tech Contracting & Restoration is fully licensed and carries general liability and workers' comp insurance. We can provide proof of insurance on request — and you should always ask any contractor for it before they touch your roof.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every roof we install comes with our workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer's material warranty (typically 25–50 years on shingles, depending on the product). If something we did fails, we come back and fix it — no fine print.
Do I need to be home during the work?
No. As long as we have access to the property and we've gone over the plan with you up front, you can be at work or away. We send progress photos throughout the day so you can see exactly what's happening.
What does All-Tech do besides roofing?
Roofing is our specialty, but we also handle gutters, siding, fascia, soffits, deck installs and remodels, and full exterior storm-damage restoration. If it protects the outside of your home, we probably do it.
